English: We are traveling and renting our charming old apartment in Cologne's Südstadt for the period from August to December between (exact dates by arrangement). Thanks to the very central location (near Chlodwigplatz) there are various nice restaurants / cafes, several parks and the Rhine can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The Hbf and Südbahnhof can each be reached in 10-15 minutes. However, the apartment is located in the back building, so that nothing can be heard from the street noise and city bustle and therefore offers an ideal, quiet place to work or relax. If possible, the apartment is to be handed over to a single person or a couple who would like to live in Cologne's southern city for some time or is in Cologne for work. Available are a living room with couch and large dining table, a bedroom / study with 1.40 bed and workplace, bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen with small dining table. More pictures will follow... We would hand over the apartment furnished and take a cation for the furniture. Please note that a room is used for storing personal belongings during the interim rental and cannot be used. The living space is about 60 square meters. As far as the exact period and the equipment are concerned, we are also happy to make individual arrangements! German: Wir sind auf Reisen und vermieten unsere charmante Altbauwohnung in der Kölner Südstadt für den Zeitraum von August bis Dezember zwischen (genaue Daten nach Absprache). Dank der sehr zentralen Lage (nahe Chlodwigplatz) finden sich direkt vor der Tür diverse nette Restaurants/Cafés, mehrere Parks und der Rhein ist fußläufig auch in 5 min zu erreichen. Der Hbf und Südbahnhof sind jeweils in 10-15 min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im Hinterhaus, sodass vom Straßenlärm und Stadttrubel nichts zu hören ist und bietet daher einen idealen, ruhigen Platz zum Arbeiten oder Erholen. Abzugeben ist die Wohnung möglichst an eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, die/das für einige Zeit in der Kölner Südstadt wohnen möchte oder beruflich in Köln ist. Zur Verfügung stehen ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und großem Esstisch, ein Schlaf/Arbeitszimmer mit 1,40er- Bett und Arbeitsplatz, Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit kleinen Esstisch. Weitere Bilder folgen… Wir würden die Wohnung möbliert übergeben und eine Kation für die Möbel nehmen. Bitte beachtet, dass ein Zimmer während der Zwischenenmiete zur Aufbewahrung persönlicher Sachen dient und nicht genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnfläche beträgt so etwa 60 qm. Was den genauen Zeitraum und die Ausstattung betrifft, sind wir auch gerne zu individuellen Absprachen bereit!
